PREPARING COFFEE.

•
Remove the filter holder (1) from the unit (2) by turning it in the direction
indicated by the arrow "R".
•
Discard any coffee grounds present.
•
Fill the filter with a dose of coffee (one dose for a single coffee and two for
two cups of coffee).
•
Clean the edge of the filter holder to remove any traces of coffee to ensure
perfect seal between the filter holder and the unit.
•
Mount the filter holder (1) on the unit (2) lifting it so as to insert the tabs into the
seat of the unit (2) and then turn the filter holder (1) in the direction indicated
by the arrow "C" until it fits into place.
•
Place one or two hot cups underneath the filter holder according to the type of
filter holder used.
•
Raise the lever (3) to dispense coffee and when the desired amount has been
reached, lower the lever (3) to stop dispensing.
•
Before dispensing coffee, it is recommended to remove the filter holder from
the machine and dispense without coffee in the filter in order to clean the spray
head.
W ARNING: Immediately dispense coffee once the filter holder is in
the unit; leaving the coffee in the filter holder without immediately
dispensing will result in burning the coffee powder and the coffee
dispensed will be bitter.
Be careful not to touch the unit (2) as there is a risk of scalding
yourself.
W ARNING: During coffee dispensing, the pressure of the pump
indicated on the pressure gauge (4) must be 9 0.5 bar.
