In the items with separate drawers, the white arrows on the label will indicate which drawer is controlled by the board.
Models with 3 separate drawers: the central drawer does not have any indication.
RECOMMENDATIONS DURING OPERATION

The appliance should always be pre-heated before introducing the product
•
Open the door during operation as little as possible
•
Open or close the round vents, placed on the front side of the unit, to adjust moisture inside the cavity. Closed
vent: moisture will remain inside the cavity. Open vent: moisture will go out. Adjust the vent according to the kind
of food inside the cavity.
OPERATING METHODS
• Switch on the appliance by pressing key A.
Preheating
• Three dotted line will appear.
• To pre-heat, press key F and the display will show time infinite (INF).
• Press key I and select the temperature value required using keys D and E.
• Then press key B, START.
• The display will show always actual temperature chamber.
Keeping warm
To keep warm only, one proceed in two ways:
• Switch on the appliance by pressing key A.
• Three dotted line will appear.
• Press key H (HOLD) and the display will show pre-set temperature.
• Select the temperature value required using keys D and E, then press key B, START for the start-up.
• The display will show always actual temperature chamber.
• Switch on the appliance by pressing key A.
• Three dotted line will appear.
• Press key F and the display will show time infinite (INF).
• Press key I and the display will show pre-set temperature.
• Select the temperature value required using keys D and E, then press key B, START for the start-up.
