. Inserting batteries in the remote control
A lithium battery CR V is already inserted in the remote control and
protected against premature discharge with a foil.
The first time you use the remote
control, pull off the transparent film
without opening the battery com-
partment.
Replace the battery if the device fails to react to commands from the remote control
properly. Then follow these steps:
Press down the catch (b) and pull the
battery holder with the battery (a) out
of the remote control. Dispose of the
old battery in accordance with legal
requirements.
Place a new CR-type V battery in
the holder (c), with the positive pole
pointing upward. Make sure that the
battery polarity is correct.
Slide the holder with the new battery
all the way into the slot (d) in the re-
mote control.
