Check that the flow monitor is working correctly every 3 months.
If subject to heavy use we recommend reducing the intervals between
services!
Checking settings
a) dynamic operation
b) static operation

Plug the flow monitor cable back in
The indicator "Flow" in the bottom left of the pump LCD display will
disappear
Turn the control lever of the flow monitor slowly to the right ("+"), until
"Flow" appears
Turn the control lever in the opposite direction slightly until "Flow"
disappears again.
Set the required feed rate at the pump (via the frequency)
Open the pressure relief valve upstream from the Flow Control - "Flow"
should appear. If not, turn the control lever of the flow monitor slowly to
the right again ("+"), until "Flow" appears
Close the pressure relief valve upstream from the Flow Control again and
adjust - "Flow" must disappear again.

Maintenance

Open the pressure relief valve upstream from the Flow Control - "Flow"
must stop flashing. If not, identify the cause and reset the Flow Control if
necessary.
Close the pressure relief valve upstream from the Flow Control again and
adjust - "Flow" must start flashing again.
Open the pressure relief valve upstream from the Flow Control - "Flow"
must appear. If not, identify the cause and reset the Flow Control if
necessary.
Close the pressure relief valve upstream from the Flow Control again and
adjust - "Flow" must disappear again.
