Installation
Use a suitable mounting method (screw and anchor type) for the type of surface on which the AIVIA is
to be mounted to.
• The mounting system must be able to support a
minimum load of 44 lb (20 kg).

• The screw head and washer together must not
exceed 5/16" (8 mm) thickness.
• Prior to mounting on the wall, pass the 24v wiring
from the wall through the square hole in the back of
the cabinet.
Affix the AIVIA using the 3 mounting holes.
Connect power to the AIVIA
• The AIVIA must be supplied with 24VDC power,

• Remove the screw using a cross-head screwdriver.
• Open the access panel from the top, being careful
not to pull on the power supply wire.
• Run power wiring through the cable entry.

• Ensure that the AIVIA is powered up by checking
that the red warning lights are flashing.
• To close the access door, insert the bottom of
access door first.
• Screw the access door back using a Philips
screwdriver.
