It is necessary to check dust container filling in regular intervals and the container
must be replaced when necessary.
The interval for dust container replacement depends upon dust type and quantity. For
that reason, the operator should check container filling regularly in order to avoid in
overfilling.
The dust container should be replaced always in time in order to avoid contamination
of environment!
When checking container contents, the exhaustion and filtration units must be turned
off. Depress the I / 0 button and wait until the light ring around the I / 0 button is
extinguished completely. Unplug the mains plug.
Then proceed as follows:
• Lift the container (pos. 1) slightly until it is separated from the holding magnets
(pos. 2).
• Pull the bottom side in the connection towards you and remove the dust
container from the ventilator unit in the direction downwards.
• Close the open sealing (pos. 3) with a prepared label (pos. 4) which is
positioned in the bottom third of the dust container.
• Install a new dust container. Be careful during introduction of the cyclone tube
(pos. 5) not to damage the sealing and make sure that the container is
matched axially with the cyclone tube. The dust container must then be clearly
held with the magnet. Check this fact before start of the device.
