4.1
Installing the guard plate (02)
1. Insert the guard plate (02/1) onto the cutter
head (02/2). Ensure that the line is hanging
(02/3) freely.
2. Secure the guard plate on the cutter head
with the screws provided (02/4).
3. Place the guide wheel (02/5) on the guard
plate and tighten the screws.

Installing auxiliary handle (03)
The holder (01/6) of the auxiliary handle (01/5) is
mounted on the telescopic handle. The supplied
replacement spool is integrated into the holder.
The angle of the handle can be individually adjus-
ted using the tip lever.
1. Slide the holder (03/1) onto the telescopic
handle.
2. Gently pull apart the grip bar of the auxiliary
handle (03/2) (03/a).
3. Push the auxiliary handle onto the holder (03/
b). The auxiliary handle must engage in the
linkage.
4. Position the tip lever (03/3) with the bolt
holder on the clamping bolt (03/4).
5. Tighten the clamping bolts so that the tip
lever can be moved with little force.

Charging the rechargeable battery
NOTE

chargeable battery and for the charging
unit.

Due to heating of the char-
ger, there is a danger of
fire if it is placed on an in-
flammable surface and is
not adequately ventilated.

on a non-inflammable
surface or in a non-com-
bustible environment.

If available: Keep the
