4.1 - INVERTER'S START
AND STOP (FIG. F)
1. Connect the power cable (9);
2. Before turning the inverter on, make
sure the welding electrodes holder
(11) or the electrode isn't touching the
welding table, the working piece or any
other electricity conducting object to
avoid the formation of an electric arc
when the inverter is activated;
3. To turn the inverter on, place the
"ON/OFF" switch (8) into position(I);
4. To turn the inverter off, place the
"ON/OFF" switch into position (0);
4.2 - OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS (FIG. G)
1. Put the inverter on a firm, horizontal
and dry surface. Make sure the
ventilation openings aren't obstructed;
2. Connect the earth clamp (10) to the
welding piece. Make sure the clamp is
touching the welding piece and as near
as possible of the welding point;
3. Connect the power cable (9) and
the "ON/OFF" switch (8);
4. The display (4) will show the value
of the selected welding current and the
ventilation will start running;

5. Adjust the welding current according
to the electrode characteristics and the
type of work. Use the welding current
regulator (3);
6. Insert the electrode in the welding
electrodes holder (11);
7. Start the welding operation;
8. After finishing, turn the inverter
off and remove the electrode and
electrodes holder;
4.3 - ELECTRODES
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
(FIG. H)
To select the suitable electrode, check
the technical specifications given by
the manufacturer. The selection of the
electrode depends on the section, the
type of material in use and the welding
current.
The operation angle between the
electrode and the working piece must
be comprehended between 20° and
30°.
Do not rub the electrode in the welding
piece. This might damage both the
piece and the electrode.
welding, keep the safety distance.
Creating the electric arc
1. Touch briefly with the electrode in
the piece welding point to create the
electric arc;
2. Slightly lift the electrode (2-5 mm).
The electric arc will arise between the
working piece and the electrode;
5. MAINTENANCE
INSTRUCTIONS
Every time it is necessary to repair or
replace any accessory, the power cable
must be plugged off.
A regular maintenance guarantees that
the inverter operates normally and in
conformity with the safety requisites.
The user must inspect regularly the
switch,
earth
cable, working cables and remaining
connections.
6. PROTECTION OF THE
ENVIRONMENT
The packaging is made up of
recyclable materials, which
you can dispose on local recycling
points.
Never place power tools in
the domestic waste!
According to the European Directive
2012/19/CE
electronic equipment waste (REEE)
and its transposition into national
law, power tools must be collected
separately
and
collection sites provided for this
purpose.
