2.Question:The mobile phone cannot connect
to the camera through the APP
Reason and solution:
(1)Distance is too far. The WiFi link distance of the camera
is 15 meters. But considering the transmission speed and the
convenience of operation, we suggest that customers can
place it at a distance of 5-10 meters. Because the signal of
WiFi connection is affected by various aspects such as the
environment, if the distance is too far, it may not be able to
connect.
(2)Whether the battery power is sufficient.If the battery is low,
it cannot be connected. Because the camera is about to be
turned off.
(3)Determine the phone's system. If the phone is an Android
system: You need to turn on the positioning function. If the
mobile phone is an IOS system: IOS mobile phones cannot
directly enter the WiFi connection interface due to different
systems. Please manually enter the WiFi connection page to
find the corresponding WiFi name.
3.The transmission speed of the APP is slow
Reason and solution:
The reason for the slow transfer speed may be that the contents
of the transferred files belong to large memory files or are far
apart. We recommend that when transferring files, customers
try to choose to transfer files with relatively small content and
close-range transfer.
