2. INSTALL LATCH

a. Install the latch so that the
slant of bolt faces in direction
that the door closes.

IMPORTANT: BEFORE INSTALLING KNOBS / LEVERS, ADJUST THE LATCH (IF NEEDED)

Adjustable latch -
Look in the door hole. If the square hole in the latch is centered
in the door hole, no adjustment is required. Proceed to step 3.
If the square hole is not centered, adjust
the latch. See "Latch Adjustment."
