Maintenance and cleaning
CLEANING
•
Disconnect the USB cable before cleaning.
•
Only use a clean, dry cloth to clean the product and never any
corrosive liquids. Use a slightly moistened cloth and a mild
cleaning agent to remove stubborn dirt.
•
To clean the lens, moisten a soft, lint-free cloth with glass cleaner
and wipe it gently.
STORAGE
Store the device in a dry indoor place, protected from direct
sunlight, preferably in its original packaging.

NOTE: LOD (Lift of Desk distance adjustment): distance a mouse
has to be lifted from a surface before the sensor stops tracking the
movement. Can be adjusted to 2/3 mm.

INSTALLATION
Connect the gaming mouse to your PC. Download the mouse
software from the product page on our website.
Follow the instructions below to install the program.
1. To install the software, double-click to open it.
2. Click Next.
3. Click Finish to complete the installation process.
You will see the application icon on your Windows desktop.
Double-click on the icon to open the software. You can now check
your device settings such as button assignments, DPI, lighting and
programmable macros there.
Troubleshooting
Some issues that may arise can be solved by the user. If the
problem persists after having tried the following solutions, please
contact Prozis customer service.

SOLUTION
Make sure the USB plug is
completely plugged into the
USB port and the computer
is ON, or try to use a different
USB port.
The product may not work or
may only work with errors on
glass surfaces or on reflective
surfaces. In this case, use a
suitable mouse pad.
In case of malfunctions, the user
may have to clean the mouse
optics.
