Behavior in cases of error
Defective operational readiness of the system may
be due to a simple error. Check the system for the
listed sources of error.
Independent repair work on safety devices of the lift and checking the electrical system
may only be done by specialists.
Problem: The lift cannot be raised
Possible causes:
No power supply
Only 2 phases active
The main switch is not switched on, or is defective Check the main switch
Defective fuse
"LIFT" button defective.
Motor has overheated
Motor defective
Insufficient hydraulic oil available
Cable broken, safety switch is activated
Problem: Motor starts, load is not lifted
Possible causes:
The vehicle is too heavy
Hydraulic oil filling level is too low
Emergency discharge screw is not closed
Emergency discharge screw is not closed
Pressure lines blocked
Leak in the hydraulic system
Problem: The lift cannot be lowered
Possible causes:
Lifting table is sitting on an obstacle
Hydraulic valve (flush) defective
The lift is located in the safety ratchets
Cable broken, safety switch is activated

If the error cannot be removed after an inspection
to the named causes, then inform customer ser-
vice or your dealer.
Remedy:
Check the power supply
Do an on-site check with a qualified electrician
Check fuses
Check function
Inform customer service
Let the water cool
(Cooling time depends on ambient temperature)
Do an emergency discharge (see Section 7.2)
Inform customer service
Refill new hydraulic oil
Stop lift, inform customer service
Remedy:
Unload vehicle if possible
Refill new hydraulic oil
Close emergency discharge screw
Check the valve
Inform customer service

Remedy:
Raise the lift and remove the obstacle.
Push the "Bridge" (11) and o "LIFT" (8) buttons.
