Spread a thin layer of glue into the dowel holes in the Left and Right Sides (Gb and Hb) and insert

Dowels (U). Gently tap in place and quickly wipe away any excess glue.
Spread a thin layer of glue in the dowel holes in the ends of the sleeper assembly and attach the sides.
Fasten in place with #8 x 1-3/4" Pan Head Screws (O) through the predrilled holes in the notches. See
Figure 4. Repeat for the Right Side (Hb).
Attach the Base (K) to the lower front Sleeper (I) by securely fastening six #8 x 1-1/4" Black Screws (P)
through the sleeper and into the back of the base. The bottom of the base must be flush with the bottom
of the sides.
Using #6 x 5/8" Undercut (type 17) Screws (R), attach a Right Angle Bracket (ZB) to the Base (K) and
each side approximately one inch from the bottom of the unit and flush with the front edge. See Figure 4a.

5. Slide the Top (J) down so that the four Cam Connectors (M) fit into the four holes in the tops of the
Sides. Insert four Cam Housings (N) and tighten securely. Insert six #8 x 1-1/4" Black Screws (P)
through the holes in each sleeper into the Top and fasten securely. See Figure 5.
Using #6x5/8" Undercut Screws (R), attach a Right Angle Bracket (ZB) to the Top (J) and the Sides
approximately one inch behind the front sleeper. See Figure 5a.
