11. Cleaning
Disconnect from the power supply before starting cleaning. Clean
with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use chemical, alcoholic, abrasive
or solvent-based cleaning agents.

12. Storage
After use, cover the unit with the dust cover.
If the unit is to be stored for an extended period, place it in the
transport case in a dry place protected from light and dust at tem-
peratures between +5°C and +40°C and relative atmospheric hu-
midity between 50% and 70%. Protect stored components against
mechanical shaking and damage.
13. Spare parts
Order original spare parts from the Hoffmann Group Customer Ser-
vice.
14. Disassembly

For safe transport, comply with Transport, place of erection
[} Page 20].
1. When closing down the pre-setting device, comply with the set-
tings under Exit and switch off.
2. Use the main switch to switch off the pre-setting device.
3. Disconnect the cable and compressed air connections from the
pre-setting device in the reverse sequence to that specified in
chapters power supply [} Page 20] and Compressed air sup-
ply [} Page 20].
4. Move the tower and anti-rotation arm to their end positions,
and fit the transport restraint for the X-axis and Z-axis.
5. Lift the pre-setting device with one person on the right and one
on the left, support the tower to prevent it tipping.
6. Put it down on a Europallet and use the brackets supplied to se-
cure it to the pallet.
7. Fold down the panel PC as far as possible.
8. Rub lubricant (WD-40) into the tool mounting, remove the taper
needle roller bearing, fill the tool mounting with oiled paper.
9. Check the transport restraint plate for the X-axis and Z-axis is
correctly seated.
10. Tighten by hand the lashing strap between the tool mounting
and the tower over the base body.
11. In order to avoid damage to the plate, insert edge protection
between the lashing strap and the plate.
12. Wrap the pre-setting device in film, screw the side walls of the
case to each other.
13. Fit the cover of the case and screw it into position.
