II. 2.6.2 Electrical connections in models HCA1 60 , HCA1/4 60
For models HCA1 60 , HCA1/4 60 , the electrical panel can be accessed by opening the grille and removing the
cover.
II. 2.6.2.1 Unit electrical connection
Identify terminal board XT1 and connect the 230V - 50Hz single-phase power supply conductors.
For more details, consult the wiring diagram in the annexes to this manual.
II. 2.6.2.2 Electrical connection of the louver fin motor
Connect the XP2 connector to the XS2 connector (louver fin motor 1) and the XP3 connector to the XS3 connector
(louver fin motor 2). For more details, consult the wiring diagram in the annexes to this manual.
II. 2.6.2.3 Electrical connection of the paneling (only for electronic version)
After having installed the paneling (frame/grille assembly) as described in paragraph II.2.3, connect the paneling XP1
connector to the unit XS1 connector (receiver board).
If using the wired control panel accessory, connect the unit XS4 connector to the shielded wire XP4 connector
provided together with the accessory itself. For more details, consult the wiring diagram in the annexes to this manual.
II. 3 START-UP INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT!
The commissioning or first start-up of the machine (where envisaged) must only be carried out by
personnel qualified to work on this type of product.
DANGER!
Before starting up, make sure that the installation and electrical connections conform with the instructions
in this manual. Also make sure that there are no unauthorized persons in the vicinity of the machine
during the above operations.
II.3.1 CHECKS PRIOR TO START-UP
Before starting up the unit, make sure that:
1. The unit is correctly positioned;
2. The water system outlet and inlet pipes are correctly connected and insulated;
3. The pipes have been cleaned and the air has been bled out of them;
4. The unit slopes correctly towards the drain and siphon;
