Identify and Deal with Common Faults
If water heater broke down during normal use, please immediately cut off the power,
check according to the following content.
Faults
No flowing water
No hot flowing water
Flowing water comes
out hot and cold
Water drips from
safety valve outlet
Water continuously

②Whether the inlet and outlet water

③Whether the pipes are blocked
① Excessive mixing cold water
② Low temperature setting

Water pressure too high
Solution
① Check the water supply
② Open the inlet and outlet water
globe valve
③ Clean pipes
① Adjust mixing valve
② Reset temperature
③ Keep heating
④ Maintenance

Connect drain pipe and lead
to safe drain
Install a pressure limiting valve
on the water inlet pipe
