Select the disc according to the desired processing (slicing, julienne cut or grating), making sure
the blades to be used are facing upwards.
3. Insert the disc holding shaft on the central pin of the bowl, holding it by the metal pin.
4. Insert the disc on the central bowl shaft.
5. Place the processing lid on the bowl, aligning the grooves on the bottom part of the lid with
the tabs on the top part of the bowl, turning it clockwise until you hear a click.
HAZARD! The blades are very sharp! Exercise extra
caution when handling the blades!

If the appliance is not properly assembled, it will not work.

1. Insert the food to be blended in the bowl. Do not overly fill the bowl, considering that the foods
should not exceed 2/3 of the bowl's volume at the end of processing.
2. Properly fit the lid, locking it in position.

This food blender has two speeds:
- Purée: for a smooth and consistent result (mince)
- Chop hacher: for a coarser result (chopped)
Press and hold the "Chop hacher" or "Purée" button for the desired time. When the button is

released, the appliance stops.

Lift the blade before emptying the contents of the container.

1. Introduce the food to be processed in the filler tube using the tamper. Never, under any
circumstances, insert foodstuffs with your hands.
2. Press and hold the "Chop hacher" or "Purée" button according to the food type and for
the desired time.
3. Always use the special tamper, continuously pushing the food in contact with the disc until
it is finished.
For safety reasons, this unit is fitted with
hands.
