The immersion blender has an automatic protection system that prevents operation under
excessive strain.

If the strain is excessive, the appliance automatically turns off. If the appliance is detected
as being under strain, all 3 lights will flash 5 times and the unit will turn off. Releasing the
activation button will cause the lights to turn off. Reduce the food blender's workload and
wait 15 minutes before using it again.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning, always disconnect the appliance from the power socket and leave it to completely
cool.
CLEANING
1. MOTOR BODY
Clean the motor body with a soft cloth or slightly dampened sponge and dry with a cloth.
HAZARD!: DO NOT WASH IN THE DISHWASHER OR
IMMERSE IN LIQUIDS!
2. BOWL, BLADE ASSEMBLY, LID, DISCS AND TAMPER
These are dishwasher-safe at a maximum temperature of 55°C, or washable with hot water and
dishwashing detergent. Hand washing is recommended so as not to alter the characteristics of
the materials.
CAUTION!
Exercise caution when handling the chopping blades.
IMPORTANT NOTE

MAINTENANCE
Leave the appliance to completely cool before stowing it or winding the power cord.
Check that all the parts are clean and dry before putting them away.
Never stow the appliance while it is still wet.
It is recommended to store the appliance in a dry and clean place away from humidity and dust.
