or occlusions of the cooling system causing overheating, the charger will
gradually decrease the output power without interrupting the charge.
Maintenance must be carried out by specialized and authorized personnel.
Control and verification inspections must be carried out in relation to the
environment and the operating conditions.
Before starting inspections and maintenance, make sure that the battery
and the power supply are disconnected.
It is good practice to periodically check all internal electrical
connections, making sure that the cables and terminals do not show signs
of overheating due to bad contact. Remove all accumulated dust.
The range of Polar Q LOG Series chargers is made up of several models
of different sizes. The table on page 4 with reference to the figures on page 3
illustrates the main components of the battery chargers.
Q LOG series chargers are equipped with a backlit front panel with RGB LED
lights that indicates state of charge by changing color (See fig A on page 3).

The meaning of the colors in the various states of charge is listed below:

BLINKING BLUE: Charger is ready to start charging on battery connection.

RED: Battery charging, charge level below 80%
Charge status: Bulk (see fig.B page 6).

YELLOW: Battery charging, charge level over 80%
Charge status: Absorption + Conditioning + Final (see fig.B page 6).

GREEN: Battery charged
State of charge: Equalize or Floating (see fig.B page 6).
