Problem
The appliance does not turn on
Weak suction
Brush roller tangled indicator
blinking
Voice prompt:

correctly.

WiFi indicator is off
CWT empty indicator blinking
Voice prompt
1. Insufficient water in the Clean
Water Tank,turned into AUTO
mode.

Water Tank, unable to make
steam.
DWT full indicator blinking
Voice prompt
Dirty Water Tank is full.Please
empty and clean the Dirty Water
Tank.
Boiler error indicator blinking
Voice prompt:
Boiler error, please restart the
appliance.
All lights off in operation
Battery level<10%
Voice prompt:
Battery low. Please charge the
appliance.
iLoop illuminates red
Voice prompt:
Clean the dirty water tank or the
debris channel.

Solution
1. Charge the appliance
2. Restart after cooling
down
Install the dry filter or
