WARRANTY
In the event of product obsolescence, any components or parts no longer available may be substituted with items deemed
equivalent by Sherco.
All decisions as to whether or not a product is under warranty are reserved exclusively at Sherco's discretion, including the
decision to repair or replace a defective product.
OTHER EXCLUSIONS
The remedies set forth in the above warranty are the exclusive remedies available under this warranty. All other applicable
damages or compensation are excluded, including indirect or consequential damages and damages to other property.
This warranty is the only warranty given by Sherco, there are no warranties extending beyond this description. Any
warranties which may otherwise be implied by law, the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose are excluded.
WARRANTY PROCEDURE
All warranty claims, whether for Sherco or third-party components, must be made through an authorized Sherco dealer.
Presentation of the original purchase invoice will be required for all warranty claims.
