4 . 1 O P E N I N G A N D C L O S I N G T H E T R A N S P O R T

CAUTION
Opening the toggle clamp latches and lifting the lid:
The transport container is locked for delivery. Open the toggle clamp
latches to open the container as follows:
1. The locking bolt on the toggle clamp latch must be moved down while
the locking lever is simultaneously moved up.
2. Afterwards, the lock eye can be removed from the hook.
3. The locking lever can now be pushed down until the locking bolt snaps
into place automatically.
4. Steps 1 to 3 must be repeated for all toggle clamp latches.
5. To lift the lid:
M-Plus Box: use the handles on the lid (can be lifted manually).
XXL-Plus Box: use a suitable industrial truck on the access openings on
the lid.
Risk of pinching in toggle clamp latches!
Always wear gloves when working with the transport
container to prevent the risk of injury due to the
toggle clamp latches! Fingers and hands must be kept
out of the space between the locking bolt and the
locking lever!
