Troubleshooting

Always remove plug from the power source before trouble shooting.
WARNING
PROBLEM
Power cord is not plugged in.
Fuse or circuit breaker tripped.
Cord damaged.
Burned out switch.
Extension cord too light or too long.
Low house voltage.
Abrasive wheel out of balance.
Saw not mounted securely to stand or
workbench.
Abrasive wheel bolt not tight.
REMEDY
Plug in.
Replace fuse or reset tripped circuit breaker.
Have cord replaced by an Authorized Bosch Service Center
or Service Station.
Have switch replaced by an Authorized Bosch Service Center
or Service Station.
Replace with adequate cord.
Contact your electric company.
Replace wheel, see page 9.
Tighten all mounting hardware.
See "Abrasive Wheel Removal and Installation", page 9.
