offers a 24 month warranty from the
date you purchase the product.
Appliances sent to us postage paid will
be repaired free of charge in the event
of faulty materials or workmanship. Any
further claims are in accordance with
your statutory rights.
No compensation will be given for
damage caused by improper use of the
device.
Wear of the cable or plug is excluded
from the warranty.
Within the first 24 months after the date
of
purchase
recognised faults without any charge for
incidental costs incurred.
Under all circumstances, the device
must be returned accompanied by this
completed warranty certificate or, failing
this, the purchase receipt or other proof
of the purchase date must be supplied.
If no proof of purchase date is provided,
you will be invoiced for the costs
incurred without further inquiry, and the
item will be returned to you with a
request of payment on delivery.

this, or the till receipt, in a safe place as
