2. PROPER INTENDED USE
The BC 6-12 V / 1A is a multi-stage battery charger for vehicles. It is equipped with
automatic voltage detection and is used for charging and maintenance charging of
6V and 12V lead-acid batteries (wet, AGM and gel batteries). The unit is not suitable
for charging lithium-ion batteries and LiFePO4 or LFP batteries!
Discharged batteries can also be regenerated, but this depends on the type of
battery. Read the manual carefully before using the charger for the first time, and
keep it safe.
Any application that deviates from the proper intended use is prohibited and poten-
tially dangerous. Damages that are caused by a misuse or a failure to observe the
proper intended use are not covered by the guarantee, and the manufacturer is not
liable for such damages.
Please note that our chargers are not designed for commercial, artisanal or industri-
al use. If they are used in the commercial sector, the guarantee expires.
