Accu-Greaser 18V-LSP
4 Set up
- Before first use, the battery must be charged.
For further use a charging time of approximately
1 hour suffices.
- Before charging ensure that the mains
voltage matches the specifications on the nameplate
of the charger.
- To charge the battery remove from the handle of the
device and place in the charger.
- The charging process is started automatically.
- The red diode ON indicates that the battery
is being charged.
- The green diode OFF indicates that
charging has finished.
Filling with 500g grease cartridges
- Use 500g grease cartridges.
- Screw the cartridge adapters at the grease gun head
and tighten.
- Open the grease cartridge and push the grease forwards
with the follower piston of the cartridge until it is flush
with the threaded hole.
- Insert the cartridge into the adapter and screw down firmly.
- The grease gun is now ready for use.
Attention: Do NOT change the
and air release
- Press the START switch until grease comes out of the nozzle.
- If the max. Operating pressure 400 bar the electronic overload
limiter of the device switches Prevents the motor from overloading.
In this case, the green operation LED does not light even if the
START switch is pressed.
- Break off the lubrication process and establish the reason for the high
pressure build-up. It could, for example, be that the lubrication nipple,
the lubrication line or the depository is damaged or clogged.
- The current battery capacity can be recalled by the red BAT button
at the battery pack.
- The temperature of the battery raises during use. Before recharging the
battery, leave to cool to room temperature, otherwise it will not charge.
- The LED work light is switched on during use and goes out automatically approx. 10 seconds
after the device is switched off.
Attention: do not look directly into the switched-on light of the LED work light.
5 Maintenance and care:
The high-performance battery grease gun works maintenance free.
Regularly check the pressure-bearing components (high pressure hose) and the current-carrying
components (charger) for any damage or wear.
Defective parts must be replaced immediately with genuine parts.
Store Li-ion battery only in a fully charged state for a long time.
Do not sharply bend high-pressure hose, regularly check for physically visible damage.
It is recommended to replace item after 3 years by genuine spare part.
