2.5 MACHINE INSTALLATION
The machine leaves the factory calibrated and ready for use. Only the following
actions are required:
• Connect the machine to the corresponding power supply voltage (220 V
or 110 V)
IMPORTANT: The electrical installation in the premises must have an EARTH
connection.
• Check the position of the emergency stop.
NOTE: If it is pressed, release with a slight turn.
• Once the machine is running:
- The clamp will automatically move to its start position.
- The green light will come on on the display (ON).
• The SUPRACODE machine only works when connected to the TABLET by
means of the JMAKeyPro 2.0 program. INFORMATION The communication
between the machine and the tablet is by means of Bluetooth technology.
• Once the JMAKeyPro 2.0 program is running, a blue light will come on
on the display.
• The machine is now ready to start work.
2.6 MACHINE DESCRIPTION
• During the design phase of the SUPRACODE machine, the smallest details
have been considered in order to achieve an accurate, compact and easy-to-
use machine. It is a mechatronic machine, which uses three precision motors
to move the carriages.
• The machine was designed to work with 2 types of keys:
- Security keys (dimples)
- Automotive keys (slot and sidewinder)
• This is a versatile machine that can carry out 3 different types of work.
- CUTTING
- READING
- ENGRAVING
• Furthermore, it has an optional suction system accessory for removing
swarf generated during cutting.
