connect the charging cable to the USB socket of the charger and
to the USB C charging socket on the rear housing part of the device.
2. The indicator light 5 (Fig. 1) glows red during charging. When the
process is completed and the battery is fully charged, the indicator
light glows green. The process takes about 1 h.
3. Then disconnect the charging cable from the charging socket and
remove the charger from the socket outlet.
Switching on and off
The soldering tip becomes very hot during operation! Do not touch
the hot soldering tip. There is a risk of severe burns!
Noxious fumes can be produced when working. Do not inhale the fumes
and only work in rooms with adequate ventilation!
1. Press the switch Pos. 4 (Fig. 1) for approx. 3 seconds. The indicator
light glows red.
2. Hold the soldering iron in your hand like a pen.
3. The colour of the indicator light Pos. 5 changes from red to green af-
ter approx. 30 seconds: The soldering tip has now reached working
temperature and the device can be used.
4. To switch off, briefl y press the switch Pos. 4. The indicating light
goes out.
After working
Make sure the hot soldering tip (1) does not touch any heat-sensitive
objects until it has cooled down. If necessary, place the soldering
iron on a heat-resistant surface to cool down.
Please note: Put the protective cap on the device before storing it. This
ensures the on/off switch cannot be pressed accidentally and cause the
device to be switched on unintentionally.
