Insert the worm screw (b) into the feed tube (a).

Place the 4-blade cutter (c) on the worm screw (b), making sure
that the blades are facing the plate (d). Insert the plate of your
choice (d) against the blades (c) into the slots provided for this
purpose at the inlet of the feed tube (a).
Finally, screw in the plate fastening nut
of the feed tube (a) to affix all of the parts.
Raw meat, fish, almonds, peanuts, cooked meat for hachis parmentier, stuffing
meat, minced steak, liver pâté, etc.
Raw meat, fish terrines, nuts, vegetables, pressed cheeses, dried fruit,
country-style pâté, etc.
Insert the worm screw (b) into the feed tube (a).
Place the sausage accessory (f) with the rounded side towards

the worm screw (b) and then place the sausage funnel (g) against
the sausage accessory (f).

Then screw the fastening nut (e) clockwise to affix all of the parts
to the feed tube (a).
This kit allows you to make sausages of all kinds that you
can season to your taste. The meat must have been minced
previously as described in the meat grinder section.

Place the kibbeh accessory (h) and then the kibbeh adapter (i) on
the worm screw (b) in the direction shown and in notch provided

Then screw the fastening nut (e) clockwise to affix all of the parts
to the feed tube (a).
This kit allows you to make kibbeh of all kinds that you can season
to your taste. The meat must have been minced previously as
described in the meat grinder section.
