Installing the mincing kit

Place the mixer on a flat and stable surface and make sure you leave enough space around

the grinder for use. Place the feed tube (with the mincing kit installed) against the mounting
pin at a 45° angle towards you and then raise the tube to a 90° angle until the lock "clicks".
Place the tray on the feed tube.

Insert the food pusher into the feed tube.

N : To remove the feed tube, press the accessory release button. Then carry out the

assembly procedure in reverse.
Use
Remove the food pusher from the feed tube and place a container at the outlet of the tube

to collect the minced meat.
Place the pieces of meat to be minced on the tray and plug in the appliance.

Turn the speed controller according to the recommendations in the table on page 40.
3.
Use the food pusher to insert the pieces of meat one by one into the feed tube.
4.
When you have finished, turn the speed controller to "0" and unplug the appliance.
5.
Recommendations
Do not use the pulse with the grinder. Risk of the motor
•
overheating.
WARNING: Do not push too hard as this may damage the
•
appliance, and never push food into the tube with your
fingers or any other utensils.
Cut the meat into small pieces (e. g.: 2 cm x 2 cm) before
•
passing it through the appliance.
