Overhaul is not covered by the equipment warranty.

Operations made by non-qualified staff will automatically produce a loss of the equipment
warranty.

Neither fuses nor accessories (including their loss), are covered by the product's warranty.
The warranty neither covers piece's deterioration due to the course of time.

Please, make sure you keep the invoice either for having the right to claim or asking for
warranty coverage. In case you have to send the equipment to Technical Service
Department you should enclose the original invoice or a copy as guarantee.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Emergency lid opening

In case of accidental power failure the lid will not be able to open automatically; if it is
necessary to remove samples from the inner chamber, the lid should be open manually. Note:
this opening system is only for emergencies; do not use it as usual way.
If a power failure happens, the motor will take longer time to stop
completely since the braking function will be also useless. Please,
wait patiently until the motor completely stops.
For emergency opening, proceed as follows:

Confirm the motor has completely stopped;
5.
Unplug the equipment.
6.
Pull firmly and horizontally from the emergency cord; the lid will open and samples
could be extracted from the centrifuge;

7.2 Information on possible failures and problems

The below chart shows possible failures and their causes and solutions. If in spite of the
indicated recommendations the problem still persists, please contact your distributor for the
reparation through the Nahita Technical Service Department.
Please, in case of any problem turn the centrifuge off and
disconnect it from the net.
