GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATIONS
● Make sure the support frame is in perfect condition. Repair or replace damaged parts
immediately. Use original parts only.
● Place the vehicle in a suitable, well-lit workspace.
● Keep the work area clean and tidy and free of foreign materials.
● Make sure the vehicle's handbrake is on and the engine/motor is turned off.
● Ensure that all unauthorized persons maintain a safe distance while the motor assist is in use.
● DO NOT use the motor mount if it is damaged.
● DO NOT allow untrained persons to operate the engine/transmission mount.
● DO NOT use the mount for any purpose other than that for which it is intended.
● DO NOT exceed the maximum load capacity of the support frame.
● WARNING: Make sure the vehicle structure used to anchor the support frame is in good
condition.
● When not in use, store the support frame in a safe, dry place out of children reach.
● Use appropriate personal protective equipment when working under the vehicle, including non-
slip safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses and a safety helmet.
● When adjusting the support frame, be careful not to get your fingers caught.
SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
● When lowering the vehicle, ensure that no components of the support frame touch the ground.
● Make sure that the support frame does not damage fuel lines, brake lines, coolant hoses or
cables.
● Make sure that the fastening hooks (6) sit securely on the sliding arm and cannot slip or move.
● Position the support bolts (1) on reinforced areas of the floor panel, bulkhead or transmission
tunnel (e.g. not in the middle of the floor panel).
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. Packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with
the environment. Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information.
