Manoeuvre slowly and carefully!
Move the joystick sensitively so that you do not damage your towing vehicle or the caravan by manoeu-
vring too quickly.
Pay attention to the joystick movement!
Do not move the joystick directly from a forwards movement (1) or a backwards movement (2) directly
to one of the two turning areas (3 or 4). This can cause the caravan to pivot unexpectedly. Always select
the turning areas (3 or 4) separately with the joystick.
We recommend practising manoeuvring with the AL-KO Mammut at moderate speed on open
ground.
Keep a considerable safety distance away from people and property when doing this. The Mam-
mut drive will switch off immediately if the remote control is switched off at the on/off switch on
the side. Any movement will be stopped.
Functional difference between the areas.
Forwards/backwards (1, 2)
Turning areas (3, 4)
The caravan can be moved infinitely variably in the selected direction in the areas for forwards (1)
or backwards movement (2).
The furthered the joystick is deflected in the required direction, the faster the caravan
moves.
If the joystick is moved straight to the middle arrow of the selected movement direction, the caravan
moves straight in this direction.
If the joystick is moved to the left or right arrow of this movement direction, the caravan moves in
a corresponding curve.
If the joystick is moved sideways into a turning area, the caravan pivots to the right (3) all left (4)
about its own axis.
Please note!
Is no actions are performed after the remote control is switched on, the remote control will switch
off after 5 minutes. The master switch remains switched on. To allow the remote control to be
used again, it is necessary to move the master switch to "0" (OFF) first and then back to "I" (ON).
There can be isolated interruptions during the manoeuvring procedure as a result of external
influences (e.g. powerful radio transmitters).
