Successful pairing is indicated on the wall module by two beeps where the intensity of the radio signal is
also indicated. The security codes of the wall module are now stored in the ixalo cylinder and vice-versa.
An empty battery will not affect the pairing. After a battery is changed, operation of the ixalo cylinder
can be resumed immediately. Repeating the pairing procedure is not necessary.

6.2 Radio re-pairing
If one of the two components is replaced, the new component needs to be integrated into the system.
As the security code of the old component is still memorised in the remaining one, it is necessary to
delete it before a new pairing is started. The re-paring is used for this purpose.
When exchanging the ixalo cylinder, the security code must be deleted from the wall module. To do this,
press and hold the pairing button for 3 s. The wall module beeps twice to signal that re-pairing has been
successful. Now the new ixalo cylinder can be paired with the wall module as described in Section 6.1.
