2. BEFORE USE
- This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the device out
of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other
packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent damage to the device when
transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all
packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
- Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any
piece missing or in bad conditions, contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service
immediately.

3. ASSEMBLY
Step 1. Fig. 2
1. Unpack the box and take out the machine.
2. Place the front stabilising feet (2) on the main frame (1) and fix them firmly with a hex nut
(14), a spring washer (16) and a plain washer (15).
3. Place the rear stabilising feet (3) on the main frame (1) and fix them firmly with a hex nut
(14), a spring washer (16) and a plain washer (15).

1. Insert the handlebar stem (4) into the front housing (7). Then, connect the exposed cable
connector of the handlebar stem and the exposed cable connector of the main frame. Do
it slowly and, after that, insert the handlebar stem (4) into the main frame (1).
2. Fix the handlebar stem to the main frame. Align the holes, fit the plain washer (13) for
the flat holes and the curved washer (12) for the curved holes, and the screws (11). Next,
tighten them with the hex spanner.
3. Slide the front housing (7) downwards until it clicks into the housing lock.
4. Pull the adjustment knob (6), set the approximate height, and screw it into the nut of the
handlebar stem.

1. Position the handlebar (5) and connect the exposed handlebar cable connector to the
exposed handlebar stem cable connector. Insert the excess cable into the inside of the

handlebar stem. Fix the handlebar to the handlebar stem with screws (11) and a plain
washer (13). Make sure the cable is not pinched.

1. Install the saddle (8) in the bracket, make sure that the saddle adjustment knob fits into
the hole in the saddle slide guide. Make sure the saddle is straight.
2. Tighten the screws and nuts on the saddle bracket to hold it in place.

1. Unscrew the pre-installed nuts on the left and right pedals and position them.
2. Install the pedals on the main frame. The left pedal is tightened counterclockwise. Make
sure to install the left pedal on the right side. The orientation is based on the sitting
position on the bicycle. The left pedal is marked with an "L", the right one with an "R".
3. Use the 13-15 fixed spanner (18) and tighten in the direction shown in the picture.
4. Connect the power supply with the adapter and plug it into the DC input on the side of the
bike to switch it on.
4. OPERATION
Resistance adjustment
After switching on the appliance, the display lights up. Press the central button briefly to

start the movement. Long press the central button to select the desired parameters, such
as "distance", "speed", "calories", etc.
2. Press "+" to increase the resistance to level 32.
Press "-" to reduce the resistance to level 1.

4. When an emergency stop is required, press the brake until the flywheel stops rotating.

Time function: display range 00:00 to 99:59. Timing starts when motion is detected and

stops after 4 seconds of inactivity.
b. Calorie function: display range 0.0 to 999.9 kcal. It is proportional to the resistance level:
resistance 1 corresponds to 11.4 kcal/km, resistance 32 corresponds to 44.6 kcal/km.
Travelled distance function: display range 0.0 ~ 999.9 km. When this icon is on, the

corresponding km icon is also on.
d. Speed function: display range 0.0 ~ 999.9 km/h。 60 RPM - 21.5 Km/h This icon lights up
with the corresponding RPM.
Heart rate function: display range 0.0 ~ 999.0/min.

f. Increase or decrease. Press M to change the function. After pressing M for 2 seconds,
functions change automatically.
