Checking the food processor and package contents

NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
If you are not cautious when opening the packaging with a
sharp knife or other pointed object, you may quickly damage
the food processor.
− For this reason, be very careful when opening the
packaging.
1. Take the food processor out of the packaging and check whether the food
processor or any of the individual parts are damaged. If this is the case,
do not use the food processor. Contact the manufacturer via the service
address indicated on the warranty card.
2. Check to make sure that all components and accessories have been
received (see fig. A).

Preparing for use

− Remove the packaging material and all protective wrappings.
− Thoroughly clean all parts of the food processor before first use as described
in the chapter "Cleaning".

Operation

WARNING!
Risk of injury!
Handling the food processor improperly may result in injury.
− Do not connect the food processor to a socket until you
have properly assembled the bowl and lid and place them
on the main unit. The food processor is equipped with an
interlock device, which prevents functioning when the
lid is not properly located and the bowl is not properly
inserted.
− Blades are sharp, handle them with care.
