CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the device after each use.
ATTENTION:
ATTENTION: Do not use metal utensils or corrosive chemicals to clean any parts of this device.
ATTENTION: Do not submerge the device in water or any other liquid, and do not rinse the fryer under
running water. Do not allow water or other liquids to enter the openings of the device.
1. Before performing any of the following actions, turn off the device and disconnect it from the power
source.
2. Wait until the device and all of the elements have cooled down completely.
3. Disassemble all of the used accessories.
4. To clean the external part of the device casing and remove dried-on stains from the inside of the fryer,
use a damp cloth, and then thoroughly dry all components with a soft, dry cloth.
5. To remove food residue, fill the pan with warm water with soap, then place the basket in the bowl and
let it sit for about 10 minutes. After approximately 10 minutes, wash the pan and basket following the
instructions below.
6. Wash all accessories using warm water with soap. Rinse and dry the components thoroughly. The
basket, pan, rack, food separator, and optional accessories, except for tongs, can also be safely washed
in the dishwasher.
