8. TROUBLESHOOTING
Minor faults can be fixed by yourself. Before contacting the service center, consult the
troubleshooting information. This way you avoid unnecessary expenses.

If the power cord of this unit becomes damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified and

8.1 Replacement of defective LED lamps
Defective LED lamps can only be replaced by the manufacturer's service personnel or a
qualified specialist (electrician).
8.2 Operating errors
Failure
The LED lighting is on, but
the fan does not turn on.
Neither the LED lighting nor
the fan work.
The unit emits strong
vibrations.
Air intake power
is reduced.

Causes and remedy of defects
The fan turbine is blocked.
The motor is damaged.
Turn off the unit and call an authorized person to carry out the
repair
LED module burned out.
The power cord is not plugged in properly.
Insert the plug firmly into the outlet.
The fan turbine is damaged.
The fan motor is not firmly attached.
The unit is not properly secured to the stand.
Shut down the unit and repair only with the help of qualified
service personnel.
Lower the unit and check that the bracket is in the proper
position.
Too much distance between the unit and the hob.
Readjust the distance respecting the safety distances.
The intake of fresh air in the room is not sufficient to
compensate for the exhaust air.
