9. TEST RUN
BEFORE TEST RUN
A test run should be carried out when the entire system has been fully installed. Please confirm
the following points before testing:
a. Lto. Indoor and outdoor units are installed correctly.
b. Pipes and wiring are properly connected.
c. There are no obstacles near the inlet and outlet of the unit that may cause poor performance
or malfunction of the product.
d. The cooling system does not leak and the drainage system is carried out without impediments
and the drainage is carried out in a safe place.
F. Thermal insulation is correctly installed.
g. Ground wires are properly connected.
h. The length of the pipe and the additional refrigerant storage capacity have been recorded.
The voltage is correct for the air conditioning unit.
CAREFUL
Failure to perform the functional test may result in damage to the unit, property damage, or
personal injury.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR TEST OPERATION
1. Open the gas and liquid shut-off valves.
2. Turn on the main power switch and let the unit warm up.
3. Set the air conditioner to cooling mode.
4. For indoor unit
a. Make sure the remote control and its buttons work correctly.
b. Make sure the slats move correctly and can be changed using the remote control.
c. Check carefully that the room temperature is being recorded correctly.
d. Make sure that the indicators on the remote control and the display panel of the indoor
unit work properly.
and. Make sure the manual buttons on the indoor unit work
correctly.
F. Check that the drainage system is not clogged and that drainage is carried out
correctly.
g. Make sure there are no abnormal vibrations or noises during operation.
5. For outdoor unit
F. Check the cooling system for leaks.
g. Make sure there are no abnormal vibrations or noises during operation.
h. Make sure that wind, noise and water generated by the unit do not disturb
to your neighbors or pose a safety hazard.
NOTE: If the unit does not function properly or does not perform as expected, please
refer to the Troubleshooting section of the User Manual before calling customer
service.
