POSSIBLE CAUSE
Cell problem
Insufficient salt level
Problem with the
electronic unit power card
Insufficient water flow
Loss of communication
between the control
board and the power
board of the electronics
unit
Automatic reactor filling
failure.
Lack of salt.

tolerance (exceeds by ± 2
ppm compared to the FCL
setpoint for more than 48
hours by default)
VERIFICATIONS AND
SOLUTIONS
Check that:
- the cell is not scaled.
- the electrical connections
to the terminals of the cell
are sufficiently tight and
not oxidised.
- check that the cell's power
cable is in good condition.
- the power cable plug for
the cell is connected to
the electronic unit.
As a last resort, replace the
cell.
Check that the brine pump
is operating correctly.
Check that there is sufficient
salt in the brine tank.

Check that:
- the flow sensor is
connected to the
electronic unit.
- the flow sensor is
activated (see sensor
configuration).
- the filtration circuit valves
are open.
- the filter pump is working
properly.
- the filtration circuit is not
blocked.
The water level in the pool
is sufficient.
Contact a professional.
Add salt.
Change the pump if
necessary.
Check that the water and
salt hoses are correctly
primed.
Perform:
- an electrolysis test.
- an adjustment of the free
chlorine rate
measurement.
Check (and adjust if
necessary) the setting of the
CL setpoint.
Set the production setpoint
to 100%.
