Installation and connection
•
This appliance is NOT intended for use in a commercial environment.
•
Please follow the installation instructions provided and note that this appliance should
only be installed by a qualified electrician.
•
This appliance has a plug which should only be connected to a properly earthed socket.
•
If you need a new socket, only a qualified electrician will be able to carry out the installation
and pull a connecting cable. If the socket is no longer accessible after installation, a
safety disconnect switch should be present on the side of the installation with a contact
gap of at least 3 mm.
•
Do not use adapters, power strips or extension cords. Electrical overloading can cause fires.
•
If the appliance is not provided with a power cable and plug, the connection shall have a
contact separation on all poles that provides complete disconnection and the appliance
shall be integrated into a fixed wiring according to the wiring regulations.
Accessible surfaces can become hot during operation.
Positioning
•
Danger! Do not disassemble this appliance. Touching the internal components of this
appliance can cause serious injury or death.
•
Place your microwave oven on a firm, flat surface.
•
Ensure there is enough ventilation around your microwave oven. Leave at least 10 cm of
space at the back and both sides of your microwave oven.
•
Do not cover the vents.
•
Do not remove the adjustment feet.
•
Do not place your microwave oven near a heat source.
•
Transmitting and receiving equipment such as radios and televisions can affect the
operation of your microwave oven.
