Once the desired workout has been selected, a
countdown will start automatically and at the end of it
the workout will start. To pause / end the workout, scroll
left and select the desired command. If you press the
"stop" button, confirm to end the workout, if you don't
want to end it, cancel.
Pressure: Measurement of blood pressure.
From the first screen, scroll up to view all the

Info: It will show all information about the device.
Other functions: Weather, Notifications, Snap function,
Music player, Relax, Alarm, Stopwatch, Timer, Energy
saving, Flashlight, Watchfaces
Settings: You will be able to set brightness, vibration,
factory reset and view information.
Menstrual report: Calendar available only in the App, if
active. The smartwatch will alert you for the main phases
of the menstrual period.
