FLOTEC w arrants t o theoriginalconsumer purchaser ("Purchaser" or "You")of its products thattheyarefreefromdefects in material andworkmanship

Claims madeunder t his warranty s hallbemade byreturning theproduct ( except sewage pumps, s eebelow) t o theretailoutlet w hereit waspurchased
immediately after thediscovery o fanyalleged defect. F LOTEC w ill subsequently takecorrective a ction aspromptly asreasonably possible. N orequests
for service will beaccepted i f received m orethan30 days afterthewarranty expires.
Sewage Pumps
DONOTreturn a sewage pump(thathasbeen installed)to yourretail s tore.Contact FLOTEC Customer Service. Sewage p umps thathave seen service
andbeen removed carrya contamination hazard withthem.
If yoursewage pumphasfailed:
- Wearrubber g loves whenhandling thepump;
- Forwarranty p urposes, returnthepump's cordtagandoriginalreceipt o f purchase t o theretail s tore;
- Dispose ofthepumpaccording to localdisposal ordinances.

Youmustpayall labor andshipping charges necessary to replace product c overed bythis warranty. Thiswarranty doesnotapplytothefollowing:
(1)actsof God;(2)products which,in FLOTEC's solejudgement, havebeen subject t o negligence, abuse, a ccident, misapplication, tampering, or
alteration; (3)failures dueto improper i nstallation, operation, maintenance or storage; (4)atypical o r unapproved application, useor service; ( 5) failures
caused bycorrosion, r ustor other f oreignmaterials in thesystem, o r operation atpressures i n excess ofrecommended maximums.
Thiswarranty s etsforth FLOTEC's soleobligation andpurchaser's exclusive remedy f ordefective products.
FLOTEC S HALL NOT BELIABLE FOR ANYCONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, ORCONTINGENT DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.
THEFOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE ANDINLIEUOFALLOTHER EXPRESS ANDIMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING B UTNOT LIMITED
TOTHEIMPLIED WARRANTIES OFMERCHANTABILITY ANDFITNESS F OR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES SHALL NOT
EXTEND B EYOND T HEDURATION PROVIDED HEREIN.
