3. Operating ranges with flow rate
8. TROUBLESHOOTING
COMPUTER-CONTROLLED TROUBLESHOOTING FEATURES :
1. Protection against high or low temperatures
When the motor temperature is higher than 90°C or lower than -5°C, the pump stops and the error code
TP is displayed. When the normal motor temperature is restored, between 5°C and 60°C, the pump starts
automatically according to the user's automatic mode programming.
2. Protection against blocking or jamming
When the motor impeller or motor is blocked, the BP error code is displayed. The pump will automatically try
to restart within 6 seconds. If the restart does not happen automatically after several attempts, the user should
check the impeller and the motor. Always switch off the power supply before carrying out maintenance.
3. Voltage overload protection
When the controller has a fault such as overload or overcurrent, the error code OL is displayed. The pump tries
to restart automatically in 6 seconds if the pump is not damaged.
4. Protection against phase loss
When the main circuit board detects a phase loss problem (e.g. the motor cable is not properly connected), the
error code LP is displayed. The pump will attempt to restart automatically within 6 seconds after the cable is
reconnected or the phase loss problem is resolved.
5. Protection against loss of communication
When a communication failure occurs between the display PCB and the main PCB inside the pump, the CP
error code is displayed and the pump stops.
