Troubleshooting
If a fault occurs, first see whether you can resolve the problem yourself. You might find this
overview useful.

Possible cause
The current volume is set too low.
The mute setting is activated.
When the appliance is connected
via AUX or Bluetooth: The volume
of the external device is too low.
Headphones are connected.
Audio playback is interrupted
when headphones are connec-
ted.
The station signals are too weak.
The mains adapter is not plugged
in correctly.
The appliance is disrupted by a
thunderstorm, static charge or
another external factor.
Corrective action
Increase the volume.
Switch off the mute setting.
Increase the volume on the exter-
nal device.
Unplug the headphone jack plug
from the headphone socket.
Adjust the frequency of the sta-
tions.
Move the radio to a different lo-
cation or change the direction of
the aerial to improve the recep-
tion, if necessary.
Check that the mains adapter
is correctly connected to the
appliance and plugged into the
socket.
Pull the mains adapter out of the
socket and then plug it in again.
