Testing the Bluetooth VoIP System HBV-100
You can test your installed Bluetooth VoIP system HBV-
100 with, for example, the Skype™ test call option.
If your system does not work properly, please try the
following:
• Make sure that your headset is fully charged
and turned on (flashing green LED).
• Make sure that your USB dongle is properly inserted
into a USB port on your PC. (You should be able
to see USB Audio Device in the Device Manager).
• Make sure that your headset is properly paired with
your USB dongle.
• Make sure that you have entered the Sound Device
settings correctly.
• Make sure that you have entered your Windows
device settings correctly.
• Make sure that you have configured your HOTKEY
keystrokes correctly. (Anser call: Alt PgUp,
End call: Alt PgDn)
