DESCRIPTION
This machine is designed and built for the fabrication of
type of craftsman bread and hydrated.
The machine is fed trough the manual bucket with dough. Trough a multi-
roller lamination you can obtain a sheet of uniform dough. This sheet is cut
first longitudinal and then you do a transversal cut, oblique or another
depending on the necessities.
The machine permits you electronically determinate the length of the product.

INSTALATION AND STORAGE OF THE MACHINE
22.1.
INSTALLATION AND STARTING THE MACHINE
The installation and starting of the machine will be done by the service
technicians of Mérand-Mécapâte or by personal authorized.
The machine has wheels and brakes, to facilitate in case of transporting the
machine. Two of the wheels have brakes for the fixation of the machine.
IMPORTANT: it is essential to break the machine during its use.
The general electrical connection of the machine will be done by the standard
current 220V ac. For more details consult the electric diagram.
22.2.
STORAGE OF THE MACHINE
In case that the machine has to be a long time without use, it's important to
observe the following recommendations:
Clean perfectly the machine of left over's of dough or flower.
Keep in a place without humidity or extreme temperatures
Cover the machine with a plastic film to protect it from dust and dirt.
Disconnect the electrical feed.
Don't let any mould in the guillotine.
Protect the moulds with a light layer of oil SAE 40
