Table 3: Error numbers and their meaning (error diagnosis)
'xx' stands for the already elapsed time in Test mode (range 30 to 0).
* Air short-circuit: An air short-circuit develops, if cool air at the air outlet of the cooling unit is led by means of power components built
directly in front of it in an unfavourable way, not into the switch cabinet, but directly to the air inlet of the cooling unit. The consequence is
overheating of the power components due to the lack of cooling.

Fault remedy
Check back-up fuse and/or connect supply
voltage
The unit switches to test mode once after
each new connection to the power supply.
No remedy of fault necessary.
Insert bridge in accordance with passage
14, connect door limit switches or if door
limit switches are inserted close door.
Clean filter mat or heat exchanger in the
external circulation. Possibly check the
power dissipation in the switch cabinet to
the installed cooling capacity of the air
conditioner.
Clean the filter material or clean heat
exchanger in the external circulation
system. Check the installation of the unit
for an 'air short circuit'* (i.e. unwanted air
is drawn in via a leak) through the
equipment installed in the switch cabinet. If
necessary relocate the respective
components.
The temperature sensor TS1 must be
replaced. Get in touch with the service
department.
Temperature sensor TS2 must be replaced.
The temperature sensor does not have an
influence on the cooling function of the cooling
unit. Contact Customer Service.
Additionally install a heater or a fan-forced
heater if necessary.
Clean filter mat or heat exchanger in the
external circulation. Possibly check the
power dissipation in the switch cabinet to
the installed cooling capacity of the air
conditioner.
Relocate the power components in the
switch cabinet or relocate the cooling unit.
Select a top-mounting cooling unit or side-
mounting cooling unit as an alternative
depending on the space situation. The
error is reset by opening the door contact.
Check drain for blockage or fouling. Check
to ensure correct installation of the
drainage hose in the case of top-mounting
units. Note that particularly much
condensate is produced if the switch
cabinet is poorly sealed or the doors are
constantly open.
