To reduce the risk of injury, always wear proper
sec
eye protection marked to comply with ANSI Z87.1.
Before using:
• Inspect pump, hoses, couplers, and fittings for wear
or damage. Replace worn, damaged, or missing
components with manufacturer's replacement parts.
WARNING! Do not use hands to check for leaks.
High pressure oil easily punctures skin, causing
serious injury, gangrene, or death. If injured, seek
medical help immediately to remove oil.
• Ensure pump is in the desired mode of operation.
• Ensure pump is below the maximum tilt angle.
• Check the oil level and adjust if necessary. Low oil
may result in injury or property damage. For best per-
formance, always use MILWAUKEE Force Logic™
Hydraulic Oil (49-32-0110) to refill the reservoir.
• Follow accessory manufacturers' installation instruc-
tions. Other uses may cause damage to the tool,
accessories, and workpiece.
• Bleed the system if necessary. WARNING! If the hose
and accessory retain pressure after the pump has
relieved pressure (either by using the Manual Pres-
sure Release Button or at the end of an operation),
relieve pressure in a safe manner and replace the
hose and remote pump couplers.
