Fitting instructions:
1. Remove the spare wheel.
2. Remove the towing rings from the chassis of the vehicle (They
will no longer be nedeed).
3. Dismount the bumper. Make a recess on the bumper according
to detail drawing.
4. Fix the towbar and join points A using the existing bolts and later
points B using the existing bolts and M 12x35 given bolts used to
fix the lateral plates.
5. Remount the bumper and the spare wheel.
6. Tighten all bolts.
NOTE: It is necessary to check the torque of the bolts after the first
1000 Km.
TOWBAR MADE BY URBENI ADAPTABLE TO THE MARK OF
THE VEHICLE
Provided items:
•
B : 4 Bolts (M-12x40) / 4 Flat washers (M-12) / 4 Nuts with base (M-
12).
Fixing items of the coupling head:
•
2 Bolts M.-12x70. Quality 8.8
•
2 Self-loking nuts M 12.

Instructions de montage :
1. Enlever la roue de secours.
2. Démonter les anneaux de traction latéraux, ils ne seront pas
réutilisés.
3. Démonter le pare-chocs et découper le selon le croquis joint.
4. Joindre l'attelage au châssis aux points d'ancrages A avec les
boulons du véhicule et après les pièces en angle aux points
d'ancrages B avec les boulons du véhicule plus ceux qui
viennent dans le kit de montage que l'on utilise pour joindre les
piéces en angle aux supports latéraux.
5. Remettre en place le pare-chocs et la roue de secours.
6. Serrer tous les boulons.
NOTA: Il faut réviser le couple de serrage après les premier 1.000
km.
